What we collect

Your name, e-mail, date of birth, address and the answers you give during identity verification; the documents you upload; your transactions; and the devices you sign in from.

How we protect it

We never store your full Social Security number — only a one-way fingerprint and the last four digits. Identity documents are stored privately and opened only for verification. Bank connection credentials are encrypted.

Sign-in uses strong password hashing, passkeys and two-factor codes, and we alert you when a new device signs in.

How we use it

To open and run your account, verify your identity, move money you ask us to move, prevent fraud, and send you account and security messages. We don’t sell your personal data.

Cookies

We use essential cookies only: to keep you signed in securely and to show times in your time zone.

Your choices

You can review the devices signed in to your account and sign them out from Settings → Security.
